SHIPPING POLICY

It is our policy to ship all available items within one business day. There is an additional charge for expedited items (Next Day and 2nd Day Air) to the continental US.

EXPEDITED ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY 2PM EST MONDAY - FRIDAY TO ENSURE EXPEDITED DELIVERY. See below. Orders that contain items currently on backorder will be shipped separately. Total shipping cost will be included on the original invoice. Please note: Any backordered items originally ordered on a Next Day order will be shipped by UPS Ground. An additional charge will be applied if a backordered item is requested Next Day or 2nd Day Air.

HAVEL'S GUARANTEE AND RETURN POLICY: Havel’s guarantees the quality of all of its products. If, however, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please feel free to return any items for exchange or refund. So that a full credit for purchase price may be given or an even exchange for product shipped to you, please reference your order number at the time of return. Returns may be made within 60 days of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on products that have been damaged or relabeled in any way, unless the damage occurred in our shipment to you. If this occurs, we expect you to call within 10 days of receiving your shipment.
